After recycling those mid timeframes yesterday, SPY has run up to the next set of targets. It is now in the 61.8% retrace area of the big move down, which is ideal to start the next bearish leg. SPY showing sings it could continue up this week, with a 4H bullish cycle in play and a Daily cycle trying to start. However it is also hitting some resistance as well as the daily 200SMA. Yesterday, SPY hit a few of our bullish targets. It’s now sitting at some primary resistance, so it’s possible the mid level timeframes will need to pullback before it can go further.
