The continued bullish moves yesterday were enough to get the weekly chart hinting at a bullish turn for the first time this year. We’ll see if it can end the week that way today. The move yesterday on SPY made a higher high as it now sits around some primary resistance at 433.75. Although mid timeframes may need to recycle, the next targets up are 436.35, 437.80 and then 444. At this point it could fall back to 422 and still be bullish. Support levels below are 429.75, 427.70 and 425.75.

SPY continued it’s bullish run again yesterday, making more new all time highs in the pre-market. The last level of primary resistance sits at 479. Beyond that, we need to look at fib levels for targets. The next one would be at 481.31. To get some bearish signals, we would need SPY to drop below 475.15 at the minimum.

SPY had a brilliant day yesterday, hitting all our targets except the very tops. It is now sitting firmly in a primary resistance cloud. SPY double-topped the ATH in after-hours trading yesterday, before gapping down this morning. If it breaks below 455.60, the next target down is 453.50. The next upward target would be ATH at 458.50.

Since the gap down, SPY has been climbing in the pre-market.

As it approaches resistance at 456.75, we’ll see if mid-timeframe bullish…
